Hot Stamp and Reflective

The HOT STAMP method is the most common way to print on mud flaps. It holds up over time and is cost effective. 90% of the mud flaps you see on trucks today use this method. A printing die is needed for this process but once the die is made it lasts for thousands of printings.

We have over twenty colors that we use for printing so we can probably meet your color requirements.

We have a minimum order of 25 Pair to print these, but exception can be made.

The REFLECTIVE method is used for smaller quantities and is used for Towing companies, Fire departments and other emergency vehicles. We do the REFLECTIVE for small businesses, owner operators, ranches and individuals who want something special. Most of these are custom sizes so we can make them in most any size you need.

At Flap-Art we carry two of the best materials for MUD FLAPS: POLYGUARD and RUBBERGUARD.

POLYGUARD is made of extruded Polyurethane is a very durable with excellent printing qualities. These mud flaps have grooves on the back that channel the road spray down to the road reducing side spray and improving the drivers rear visibility. Your logo looks clean and sharp for years to come. Polyguard comes in three thicknesses 3/16" - 1/4" and 3/8". and we carry three standard sizes, 24" X 24" - 24" X 30" and 24" X 36". No need for extra brackets or mud flap weights. These hang down as they should and do not flop around as plain rubber tends to do.

RUBBERGUARD again is a very durable extruded mix of rubber and polyurethane for a more flexible mud flap. We recommend these for off highway trucks, farm and construction conditions. Again we have these in three thicknesses 1/4" - 3/8" and 1/2" and three standard sizes, 24" X 24" - 24" X 30" and 24" X 36". Custom sizes available.
